Movies Review
Rostam and I had come into an agreement yesterday that weekend is indeed so precious for us and we shouldn't waste a single second. True, life staying in is so different from staying out. Its like every friday you're thrown back into civilisation. Felt like a noob when we were walking to Tiong Bahru MRT yesterday.
Anyway, for the past 1 month, caught 3 movies and here are some of my reviews:
Just Follow Law. You can't expect much from this movie because for a start, you will know that its just so local. Unlike Jack Neo's previous movie where there are some hidden political issues that are controversial, this movie has tone down a lot. Its funny but I didn't really enjoy it. The swopped in identity between Fann and Gurmit has added some complexity. Thumbs up for Fann's break through performance. The demure lady appeal in the show have dipped tremendously especially the part where she wore the pink dress and tied 2 pony tail. Oh! and the way she scolded "Nabei" is like..... some kind of charm?
Dreamgirls. Love this show, but its a little too draggy for some part. The entire show is like a musical - retro and disco feel. I really enjoyed Beyonce's performance. She's just so sexy and hot in the various outfits. And I don't think she needs to reassure everyone her vocal power. Its proven.
Music and Lyrics. Caught this show last night. The first impression of the show that it has given me was "it maybe boring". But it turns out vice-versa The entire show is smooth, something light and humurous.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. Our favourite childhood TV programme that kept us occupied in the morning or after school.
Saw the preview and I assume that this should be a nice show. And there is Mandy Moore. =)
